The guarantee

Every purchase from Tantra Authority is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with what you bought — for any reason, or no reason — email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you. No questions, no hoops, no "prove you tried it."

How to request a refund

• Email hello@tantra-authority.com from the address you bought with, or use the chat on our support page.
• Tell us which product. That's it — you don't have to explain why.
• We process the refund to your original card. You'll get a confirmation by email.

The basics

• Refunds go back to the original payment method (processed via Clover, our payment processor).
• Your card statement shows SOULIGHT RESEARCH.
• Books and courses are one-time purchases — there's no subscription to cancel.
• Past 30 days? Reach out anyway. We're reasonable and we'd rather you feel good about us than hold your money.
• Adults only (18+). This is education for adults, not therapy or medical care.
